Decimal

entry 2 options are given automatic or manual or also change the decimal point

deciding figures. here in block of quantity we have to write the amount from global we change the seting decimal 3 numbers so there the amount is written till after the three digits
Hide General ledger accounts
Here we will
right the accounts title after unit price.
Other options
In other
options options are given that if you not save the data then in close of peach
tree it warn you to save it.
Hide inactive
calculate the balance which we maintain in vendor or in inventory id’s.
Calculate the
total cash balance in payments to calculate all the total amount in it.
In General
In improve
performance two option are given donot print the whole report if you click on
it then it can restrict to whole report.
Next is to
donot show the inventory item or hide the customer id’s or in look blocks.
Spelling check
In spelling check options are given
either which we have to write turn by turn it can be checked or corrct the
spelling .

checked and then it can save or after save or close.
